my recent visit was great

all good.

Service advisor was fairly rigid, almost got to a point where he was going to leave me without a solution. Pricing was fairly high.

experience wasn't too bad, but we have noticed a clicking with what seems to be from the pulley system of the timing belt. not sure if something came a little loose or what.

overall great. the only opportunity was i had an appointment to drop my car off and it took around 20 minutes before i was assisted.

oil change went very well

we had a great experience with george. he was very helpful without being pushy. the process was super easy.

christopher was great and helpful - as during my previous experience with him. would always prefer him being my service advisor each time.

i had a different advisor this time who i really liked. the last advisor before this visit told me it wasn't his job when i brought my car in to change out a strip on the wiper blade.it shouldn't take 2 hours for an oil change/20 pt. inspection regardless of a weekday or weekend. that's your meat and potatoes and that should be fast and efficient.andi specifically asked for my dash code to be reset, it never was (this happens every visit). good thing i know how to do it.these are the reasons for my 4 rating.

eric was great and very helpful
