the only complaint I had was having to wait for paperwork when I arrived when they knew for 2 hours prior that I was coming. I felt they should have had everything ready when I arrived.

Everything was taken care of professionally. I was able to drop off my car in 15 mins without any prior appointment and got my car back same day.Though I didn’t mention to check tyre pressure I thought a general servicing visit like mine would take care of such things.

I made the 9:15 appt to have my Honda cr-v diagnosed for possible leakage /scratch/hit underneath. I was told it will be $190 and I stayed in the lounge. Got a msg around 10:30 that my car is now being worked. I had some communication with the serviceman around 1:30pm as 3 hours has passed. Then finally around 2pm I got the call that car is ready and everything seems just fine. To me it took a little longer than expected.
