very positive experience from start to finish. my service reps kept in close contact with me and provided regular updates. kelvin and especially gabby were wonderful.

i brought my honda in for routine maintenance and everything went well. i was surprised when my service advisor, kelvin, told me that he was able to get the recall service taken care of for me while they were servicing the other items. i was very pleased at how kelvin went above and beyond my expectations. i'd like to commend kelvin for his exemplary customer service.

oil change and intake cleaning done in a quick manner. car was washed and returned. additional services suggested after inspection.

In the beginning, we had a miscommunication with the sales department, but the finance manager helped to solve the issue. So over all it was a good experience.
