artie was my service agent. in chicago where i moved from, honda dealerships service honda customers with free car washes and free carpet vacuums and sometimes free dash board wipedowns (upon request). i miss those free service here, terribly. well, i asked artie if the car wash men could at least water-rinse my filthy, weather-guard mats. he made sure he this happened for me and actually did it himself. how kind! that, alone, would have been enough for 5 stars, in my book!also, when i had questions about the maintenance options my car absolutely had to have (honda sent options), artie was honest about the particular services that were not dire right now. he encouraged me, however, to plan/pace out these maintenance services one by one, so i wouldn't be out of a ton of money all at once and so my car could stay healthy and maintained. i appreciated his candidness--and even his pace it out advice.i left honda that day--smiling and satisfied. artie for president!
