Sent an email to 5 different Honda dealers asking for best & firm OTD figures. Two did not respond, one gave me the "When can you come in?" response, And one accused me of being a competitive dealer doing research. Only one, your dealership, responded with a firm OTD quote on your letterhead. Figures were for in-store financing, my financing, or cash. Went in the next day and confirmed figures and bought the car. I asked why David McDavid was the only store to respond appropriately and the answer was "We knew you were going to buy a car and not just kicking tires." You guys knew how to tell who a buyer was and I appreciated that. Also, other than negotiating on my trade, the figures were solid. Got about a MSRP deal with trade and paid the balance in cash.

My second purchase with David McDavid & James Brown as my salesman. James is very efficient and straight forward in negotiations. I really appreciate this approach and will ask for him again next time also.
