As always Eric Delgado is the service man with the plan!!! Listen Eric listens to my concerns and points me in the right direction when I’m needing repairs….he makes sure when I leave the service area that I’m satisfied with my vehicle repair. He’s very thorough when he’s explaining the repair process to me.

it was very nice. they worked very hard to make what i needed in payments work. the people were very friendly.

Started off not so positive. Was approached by salesman who asked how he could help. He looked down at my shoes (which I wore for comfort since we were walking car lots all day) and he immediately tried to pawn us off on a passing salesman who said he was busy. Was then told to go put name on list at front desk. Ended up buying a car which we were not prepared to do so kudos to Amarea your salesman. I now realize why the urgency to get us to buy because once we got home I noticed a small bent in an odd place above from passenger wheel. I asked how to get it repaired as we have the appearance package and I have yet to get a response even after 2 email follow ups. I guess the sale was made so I’m on my own! I didn’t feel the statement on your car mats were true “a customer is the most important person in the world to us.”

This service was really outstanding. Smooth experience. Vehicle delivered pretty soon with all pending items taken care.
