David helped a lot in the process of finding the car we wanted as well as when we had an issue with delivery, he found a way to change the process to support us. And I really appreciate it.The only thing I don`t like (and it`s the main reason I avoid dealerships) is the process and how it is always having the sellers finding ways to diminish my buying power at the same time pushing me to go through a painful negotiation process, which takes hours of my time and I get low to no results out of it. Please consider that, because I change dealerships every time and I avoid changing cars because of it. If I had better treatment, I am sure you would earn more from me in the long run.

my service department advisor, dylan flatt, does an outstanding job with communication and recommended services each and every time i visit your center. i am so appreciative of his efforts, genuine empathy for my concerns. he is the reason for selecting your center as my go-to for service on my honda accord.

service was good. jordan was great at communicating issues and resolutions. i had major work done at another shop that may not have been reliable. so i may need to follow up if issues persist and work done does not solve all engine problems.
