overall good experience. only issue was tire pressure wasn't checked when wheels were aligned and rotated.

it was great; i was informed about issues with my car, and they were expeditiously repaired. the only item that took a while to replace was my window tint, but i was prepared that it would take a long time. my service advisor, sergio guerra, was wonderful in keeping me updated with the progress, and tried very hard to find a loaner/rental. he is a great asset to your business, and i hope that he is compensated well and recognized for his service.my only suggestion would be that david mcdavid have more loaners/rentals available when repairs take a long time.thank you!

everything was great but they only gave me one key fob. if you will reimburse the $180 i had to pay to get a second key fob i will raise my rating to a "5"

i came in for wheel alignment. made an appointment, within 24 hours i brought my vehicle in.i was greeted promptly, michael took care of my processing. i waited in the very nice waiting area. i was kept updated. then michael came for me when the job was done. i paid for the service & shown were my clean car was waiting.

The team at the dealership is great as always. Jordan took really good care of me.I am very disappointed that a Honda needed a new transmission at 75k miles. That's very unlike Honda.
