device adviser ryen was amazing. his service manager made time to list to minor complaint and profound thanks for ryen.general manager sofia is lazy!!! i called on the wednesday after the service, left a message (even told the call taker it was a compliment about service after they assumed it was a complaint) and have yet to hear from her!!!i will come back to this dealership but only for service by ryen and his service manager. if those 2 leave i will definitely not be back thanks to the general manager!they had the opportunity to call me and did not. they better not call me now!
