I always get good service especially from Kelvin Jones and Mike Meyers. If it wasnt good I wouldnt keep buying and servicing my cars there.I do want to say the survey process is persistently rude and annoying and I rate it a zero. I'm the customer. I pay. I vote with my dollars. I can answer or not answer it. As far as I'm concerned Kelvin Jones has always treated me well and fairly and I don't expect that'll change. Keep spamming me with surveys and I'll take my business elsewhere.

my plan was to get a recall taken care of through your maintenance department, and while i was waiting i decided to visit your showroom. i was met by the new car manager and she immediately made a positive connection. after sharing that i might be interested in a new passport, since we have thoroughly enjoyed our 2019 passport, she introduced me to keegan wingo. what a fine young man that represents your dealership extremely well. he was low key, a good listener, and transparent with no pressure throughout the buying process.when i thought that it couldn't get any better, he introduced me to christina berne. what an amazing woman, who was very efficient during the financing process.we are really enjoying our new passport and the great experience that we had! kudos to your dealership!
