I came in on a weekday to see about leasing a 2023 Honda Civic Touring, but also was interested in the 2023 Honda Accord EX-L or Touring models. There was no availability on the accord models, so after testing driving the Civic and the EX Accord, I decided to lease the Civic as it met all the requirements that I wanted in the car, Homelink was missing from the Accord in any trim, without adding it dealer add on. Once selecting the Civic the process was fairly smooth all the way thru finance.

I always get good service especially from Kelvin Jones and Mike Meyers. If it wasnt good I wouldnt keep buying and servicing my cars there.I do want to say the survey process is persistently rude and annoying and I rate it a zero. I'm the customer. I pay. I vote with my dollars. I can answer or not answer it. As far as I'm concerned Kelvin Jones has always treated me well and fairly and I don't expect that'll change. Keep spamming me with surveys and I'll take my business elsewhere.
