The oil pressure light appeared and then stopped within 1 second on my car, later about a week later the malfunction lamp came on and stopped within 1 second. Neither appeared again from then until my scheduled appointment. My service advisor Tim was professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

In the past I’ve had very bad experiences with pushy salesmen at Mcdavid Honda and point blank had zero intent to buy when I did. However Terrance made the experience so great. A great salesman makes all the difference. He was not pushy, did not play games and gave me a fair price on the vehicle I ended up buying. Hopefully the dealership can take notes on how Terrance treats customers and train the rest of the staff on his practices. Because it should be the gold standard.

I felt taken care of from the moment I stepped on the lot. A salesman greeted me outside and after a few minutes of discussion about what I was looking for, brought me inside to look for vehicles. Within a few minutes I was test driving something which I fell in love with and subsequently bought. The finance manager was also a pleasure to work with and made the final steps enjoyable. The entire visit didn’t take as long as I expected and I’m thoroughly satisfied with the vehicle and the experience.
