i wasn't to impressed with your service department on my vist on 2.27.23. there was a big break down in the information that i was given on the ordering of the parts i was told had been received in and come to find they weren't. but after speaking sina sanaee and him taking the time to listen to my concerns and addressing the issues that i was having made a bad experience a very pleasant one ! also your service manager omar hernandez was also very helpful and took the time to help me as well. i had planned to never use david mcdavid honda in frisco again for the maintenance on my 2014 crv but my opinion has changed and i plan to use them again going forward! i appreciate sina and omar's help for all their help on taking care situation that was going on with my car. david mcdavid honda of frisco is lucky to to have sina and omar running their service department they offer transparency and professional and curistoy customer service to their service department!

i actually worked with them over the phone from the state of wisconsin and they were very kind and helpful to work with me over the phone. i flew to texas and picked up the car. was very happy with the purchase and felt like i could trust them even from a distance.
