I purchased my new 2010 Honda Accord from David McDavid in Frisco. I’ve been coming to your service department for the past 13 years.In my last visit, I came in for state inspection without an appointment. I was well received by the staff and Mr. Tim Tran, the Service Advisor.Tim was professional and customer friendly.He explained a few other items needed to be done. I authorized the work and he arranged for a ride to my home. Once the work was done Tim contacted me and sent the driver to bring me back to the dealership.The entire experience was pleasant!!
