took accord i. for oil change and tire alignment. was surprised that i had a free service still available from my original purchase for oil change. i waited in lobby, pleasant atmosphere and car was finished quicker that i thought it would be. very happy

battery just gone dead right inside your premises . not a single indicator showed that battery was getting weak. how is this possible.

one service-minder, for the tire rotation, was left un-reset. service manager said tires didn't need rotation when i called to ask about it, so i reset the minder myself. not unhappy, just a small thing that would've eased my mind.
