the service advisor that i talked to that monday morning and set the appointment for 2 hours later approximately was cheryl kennedy and she was fantastic and she knew what was needed! i would ask for her in a new york minute if my regular service advisor wasn't there. she was just great!!! two thumbs up and very pleasant and easy to work with at david mcdavid honda in frisco.
