service representative was honest and fair. service took 2x longer than normal, but it may due to low staffing levels for the holidays. positive experience overall.

I love the service team.But I will say that I had the rudest interaction with a sales person. I am looking into getting a new Honda crv touring and asked the sales person if they had any in stock he said yes they’re very expensive and walked away. This has not been the first time where I get a rude customer service at McDavid Honda Frisco. Please coach your sales team on customer service as they work on commissions and we the customers make them their money that they need to be able to provide the needs that they have.

I made an appointment and also made some changes to what needed to be done. No problem with any of that. My service rep kept me appraised all the way through. Was very patient and did not try to upsell me on anything.
