Our experience at McDavid was wonderful. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a warm & friendly welcome. We had but searching online & we hoping the car we were interested in was still available & Telal was eager & excited to help us find out & there was 1 left & he said he would pull it around for us & we could take a test drive. Within minutes he had the car ready for us to look at & he answered all of questions regarding the performance of the car & various other questions. Telal provided us with fantastic customer service & the manager was equally as engaging & answering all our additional questions. Our overall all experience was honestly the best we have had in purchasing a new car.

i was greeted immediately upon arrival, and saw my tech, kelvin, shortly after arrival. kelvin quickly took my service information down and had my auto taken in for service. wait time was reasonable; i was informed of the status of my car/what was needed. price was fair and reasonable, and the atmosphere of the wait room pleasant and comfortable.kelvin always provides exceptional service, and the mechanics do a stellar job of making repairs that never require a repeat visit.i recommend mcdavid honda as the place to both shop for a new auto or repair an older one - without reservation. and be sure to see kelvin if you visit the service department.
