Eddie Hawk was great. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Your F&I person almost blew the deal, and I'm taking away a star for this. Among other issues, I never received copies of all of the documents that I signed. I asked. I was promised. F&I did not deliver. This makes the dealership look bad, and I have to pause before I would recommend that a friend visit David McDavid. I deserve better. Eddie deserves better.PS: I don't have a picture of myself with the car, and don't feel like asking a total stranger. Ask your F&I guy to Photoshop something together.
