I was impressed that the service guy helping me called me a few weeks after a recent visit that did not resolve an issue I was having….. it was later determined my radio/navigation system needed an update. I came in the next day….and they ended up replacing the system with the update did not work.

honda doesn't honor the tire rotation for tires purchased at another honda dealership. this is frustrating, but they cover other warranties regarding tires.
