James Brown was amazing! My husband and I had already told him which vehicle we wanted and he was keeping an eye out for it to arrive at the dealership. Once there, he made the process easy from start to finish. Most of all, I was in the hospital with some pregnancy complications and unable to physically be at the dealership. James was able to work things remotely with me so my husband only had to come to get the car delivered. It really was great customer service.

i worked with cheryl who was my service associate. she very helpful, friendly, and professional. i felt comfortable with her recommendations and working with me to determine what services we needed to do. it was a very positive experience and would chose to have her again help me.
