if it hadn't been for the service advisor, matthew i think, the rating on my visit would have been very low.i was excited to get in on such a short notice. the service advisor assigned to help me did not greet me. however the person that did was very friendly and efficient. we discussed why i was there and he showed me to the customer lounge. then i got a text message about the inspection. i couldn't get it to the work. i was getting very frustrated because the texts were coming from someone in the building. after expressing my frustration and that the link was not working the person, i think it was a person never came to find me or offered to help me. i flagged down the first service advisor i could find. he took me to his work station and pulled up the report. he paused to speak into his headset that he was "working with your customer". he thoroughly explained what the inspection showed, answered my questions and helped me fully understand what was needed. then the assigned service advisor appeared starting she was checking in other customers. at that point she took over the interaction, she was helpful and polite.as i stated at the beginning of my response, if it hadn't been for matthew, i would have rated my experience very poor. the communication through text when we are in the same building is not the best customer experience. especially when both advisors i spoke to said that the links for the service reports are not that good or reliable. it seems that the staff knows the system has issues and yet they are still having to use it. and when it wen
