1. when setting up the appointment on your website, there is no option for setting the car to be serviced. we've bought 3 cars from y'all in the past 2 years. the website spears to assume we just want the same car serviced based on my name and last vehicle i brought in. this service was for a different car than our prior visit. i had to the service department, talk to a live person (not easy), and get the correct car set up in your system;2. upon completion of the service, and checking out, i had to have the service rep check to make sure we have the service plan we purchased with the car (we do). that's $178.00(+) which we do not need to spend (and we did not).do you not have a standard procedure or practice for checking for service plans for a customer when we bring a vehicle in to you?we've had to remind your service reps on a few occasions about the service plans purchased from you with the cars.this failed protocol has jeopardized potential future sales from you, not only to us, but from friends, family and acquaintances.
