cheryl kennedy is a fantastic advisor and kept me updated throughout the process. since i was about to leave on a road trip to the texas coast, i requested that everything be examined on the car. fortunately, i only needed an oil change and, after the multi point inspection, was reassured that everything else on the car was in great condition. the waiting area is clean and comfortable and i was able to continue to work while i waited. overall, it was a quick and easy experience. kudos to cheryl and the whole mcdavid team!
