I wasn't fully ready to buy a car, but had been doing a lot of research online. I knew what make/model/color I was interested in and wanted to test drive it to think on it. James Brown texted me with no pressure and to come in for a test drive. He was super helpful, already had all my trade-in info and the car I was interested in pulled up to discuss. We test drove and he dove straight into my options. I really wasn't sure, but then he worked out a deal for me that was too good to pass up. I've had my car almost a month and I'm glad I got it when I did. He made the experience easy and effortless.

Buying experience was relatively painless. Both the manager and the salesman called me promptly after I expressed interest online. Test drive went smooth and negotiation was quick. Service after the sale, however, was a little disappointing. Simple requests to the salesman were ignored and required an escalation to complete. Even the individual who greeted me outside at the pickup wasn't rude but his demeanor noticeably changed when he discovered I wasn't a potential sale. There are definitely area of opportunity in that regard. Overall, I'm not unhappy. I purchased an excellent car at a fair price but the treatment did leave a sour taste in my mouth.
