This appointment was to perform a basic vehicle inspection in preparation for a 2,000 mile round trip drive to return our son to Notre Dame for the upcoming school year.Some basic maintenance was performed, and it was also discovered that there was a torque converter oil leak requiring correction. Our Service Tech was extremely helpful in contacting our Extended Warranty provider, ensuring that an expensive repair was of minimum financial impact to us!

my rep. was very professional, he explained in great detail the areas of work my car needed. he was not pushy at all. he understood my financial situation and advised for me to take care of the critical areas (2 tires) to be replaced for safety reasons.
