overall great service but the call center told me i had services left when i didn't so the miscommunication makes no sense to me.

samuel was excellent! he even came over a couple of times to tell me the progress that they were making and that was very much appreciated. i was also really impressed that they even washed my car after they worked on it. it was such a lovely thing for them to do. i was also impressed on the cleanliness of the service area and the waiting room was quite comfortable. thank you so very much!
