valet met us and got the advisor promptly. the advisor texted and emailed later about a couple of services that were due, which we had completed. i expected it to be done by mid afternoon and it was ready for pick up before noon. the advisor wasn't there when we arrived (lunch time) so another advisor walked me out to the vehicle and told me everything that was completed and we were on our way. exactly how the process is supposed to work.

Wonderful and smooth

sales guy was awesome, fun, chill, but also actually cared about the products and the people. prices were really reasonable to the point that i felt no need to haggle and wheel and deal to get to a point that i was happy to pay. the finance guy was excellent and a "pro athlete" when it came to numbers and logic. i don't remember the last time i found someone that i felt was an equal in that arena who could match me in wits, follow intense logical arguments and explanations, and pivot with me at the drop of a hat. i had a blast and my wife and dad enjoyed the show. i also purchased a warranty, which is essentially unheard of and something i would have bet heavily against going in. i got a fair deal and mostly i just liked the guy and experience so much that i felt he was the kind of person i didn't mind giving money.
