i scheduled an oil change, tire rotation, brake job, and battery check for 10am friday. i was told over the phone that i wasn't eligible for a loaner car because the repairs would be completed in 1 day. still, when i arrived, i asked eric delgado if he had a car available for me and he found me a ridgeline. i really appreciated his effort since i was able to drive home and get some work done. since my car wasn't ready until 6:30 pm, eric saved me an 8.5 hour wait. the servicing to the car was great but i am most grateful to eric for getting me the loaner to which i was technically not entitled. in addition, i was impressed by the ridgeline and have added it to my list of vehicles to keep in mind when the time comes to replace my fit.
