everything was great but we have yet to receive our paperwork. i sent email to zach green and left phone message for jae kim and neither has let us know how and when we will receive. zach green is a like bit inexperienced but i have bought 4 other honda so not to big of a deal. at the other dealership they go over vehicle better after the sale. but everyone was very nice and everything went very quick.

It was a pleasant experience buying the Honda Pilot.

easy and relatively painless would be the best way. melanie flowers was my service advisor and she was great. she was knowledgeable and explained exactly what was going to happen and then it happened exactly as she explained. although i hate paying almost $250 to have a battery replaced the cost is not much more than i could have found elsewhere and i would not get a honda warranty any place else and that is important to me. the work was done quickly and my car was returned to me washed....kind of. all in all i couldn't be more pleased.
