my daughters air conditioning was not working at times. brought it in without an appointment and kelvin worked me in and got a diagnosis for me later that same day

the gentleman that helped me out was very knowledgeable and helpful on what i need to get fixed on my car.

my experience was great! the service representative assigned to me was tony. tony was really good and attentive to ensuring my service was efficient and complete. thank you for the amazing customer service!

amarea was amazing!! would give him a thousand stars!!unfortunately my experience was spoiled by the two people in the finance dept. it was a breeze when it came to the auto loan, but a complete disaster trying to sell me a service plan. after her initial arguments i explained the answer was no and i didn’t appreciate the pressure. then they proceeded to switch between her and a man presenting argument after argument. i genuinely listened, thought and replied no to each. they kept me an additional hour and a half trying to convince me! it was incredibly exhausting and frustrating. it all ended after i texted my sales rep to come to the room to save me. he was my saving grace.

everyone was very courteous,from the moment i pulled into the service bay. the service writer brandon was on top of his game and got me on my way. i really appreciate the the drive home for i live by myself and it's tough getting a ride on my schedule
