i've been to quite a few honda service centers and david mcdavid is top notch. they always do a phenomenal job getting us in and out, communicating necessary repairs and making recommendations.

i came in on thursday looking for info on the new 2023 honda hrv. none of the new car salesmen were coming to my aide so jerry from pre-owned stepped up and helped me. i was not planning to buy that day, but jerry let me know that one had just arrived and was available, if i wanted it, we needed to act fast. i went and grabbed my wife and we test drove the vehicle with jerry. as this was our first time to ever buy a vehicle, we were very nervous and hesitant. jerry made us super comfortable and made the buying process as simple as could be. i could not have asked for better service.

dylan was friendly and helpful though out the entire visit and took a good care of me

tony is and always has been a pleasure to interact with every time i come to honda. i have no complaints with the service i'm receiving from him. if possible, he should be noticed of his great customer service.
