i went in as a walk-in. i didn't realize an appt was required but i spoke with joe, my svc advisor, and you guys graciously checked and identified my car issues immediately. i didn't know how serious the issues were. i am very relieved for stopping in when i did. i initially went to a different shop who reassured me my vehicle was safe to drive but my instinct was telling me something was off and you guys confirmed i was right. the dealer arranged me a loaner for overnight and had my car fixed up the next day. the experience was smooth, timely, and professional, i wish i had come to the dealer sooner. thank you all very, very much.

Terrance Mayberry was an excellent sales person. Handled everything through texting initially which was beneficial to me.One issue i had was getting my new vehicle. I was told the day we made the deal 6/14 that i had to come in that day to sign papers for a car that was not even on the lot yet. So i left work early to go do that. I was going on vacation 6/18 so i was supposed to pick up my new car after i got back into town. Terrance called Wednesday, 6/16 at 6:30 pm to tell me the vehicle was there and i had to come get it. Left work early on Thursday to go pick it up. I get there and find out the detailing has not been done so i can't take it. So i was inconvenienced again and still didn't have my new car. Terrance was going to delivery to me that night. At 6:30 i texted and told him we need to do it Friday morning because it was getting too late. He said he would deliver it to my home Friday morning. Friday morning he texted and asked if i wanted to pick it up after i get back from my vacation. Now my issue with that is i requested to do that on Wednesday night and was told I couldn't do that. I got back from vacation on 6/23 and went 6/24 to pick up my new CR-V. 2nd key could not be located so it was sent fed ex to me after a day or two. So deciding on car, getting right payment, signing documents, etc all went fine. It just seemed like me actually taking possession of my new car was too complicated and had to take place over several days.
