i had a wonderful experience from start to finish. i was greeted by a very friendly gentleman who has helped me once before. then joe came to assist me and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. i was expecting to be there for hours, but everything was done very quickly. im very happy with the outcome and service overall.

the 'check engine' light came on that morning in my wife's 2007 accord. quickly taking it to david mcdavid honda, i was taken as a walk-in appointment. susan mack was our service advisor and she kept me informed throughout the process. a few minutes later i caught the free shuttle service back home. the accord was ready the next day (lots of things had to be done) and i even received an automobile status report, outlining everything that was fixed or replaced. i greatly appreciate the way your service department has always taken care of us and our hondas!

smooth transaction, nice people. a couple of pieces of info were not made clear regarding hondalink and it's lack of functionality on a ridgeline. keegan was nice, competent and attentive.
