on wednesday i waited in the lounge for five hours before i was told that someone had to leave and that i would have to bring it back the next day. cheryl was great! she got me an appointment for the next morning and arranged a loaner car for me. my car was ready in just a few hours and and cheryl explained everything they had done in a manner that i could easily understand. everyone there was super nice and your coffee machine is awesome. thanks to the whole crew for a job well done.janet gould
