i did not expect a car wash because my windshield is cracked. but my service provider offered to have my pilot washed upon my approval and recognition that it might make the crack worse. i gave my approval, stating my understanding that the crack might worsen. the vehicle was returned after the service unwashed.

susan was wonderful and she was great at communicating with me about my vehicle. the waiting area spacious and comfortable.
