i purchased a2019 civic with one previous owner. i took the car in for an oil change and overall check. while waiting for maintenance to complete i was able to connect to wifi and get some work done. waiting area was nice and clean. great experience.

the sunday after hours chat for an appointment was a bit clunky. working with service advisors was excellent.
