thank you, jay! jay fixed a noise i've been hearing in my odyssey for years. i've been telling service advisors about it for years, and no one has ever resolved it...until jay. i have no idea why he could do what no other service advisor at david mcdavid has been able to, but i'm now requesting jay every time i'm in.
