the staff member was extremely helpful in getting me in for an emergency appointment because my tire pressure light kept coming on. turns out, i had a nail in my tire. i appreciate the concern & quick response!

We were very welcomed by Honda of Frisco. Jason was very nice, kind and provided us very detail information when shopping around. At the end, we bought a new car.

i got my oil change and tire rotation on the 7th. joe sims was fantastic. just top-notch. i know you want all 5s and excellent (which i'll give you on that email survey) but mostly i wanted to vent about the fact that before i went on the 7th i checked my email for service coupons from y'all which i get regularly. then, the very next day, i get an email with the title "your june offers have arrived" which included a $20 discount on an oil change. how is it my june offers if y'all don't even send the email til the 8th. but joe? joe's great. i was in and out of there and everyone is always so nice.
