clean, courteous service department. came in for oil change. wanted engine compartment clean, was told i would not be happy if the detail department were to do it and generally its not done. i have always had my engine compartment cleaned on a yearly basis at my local honda dealer at no charge no less with no issues and no excuses. it literally takes 5 minutes and keeps my honda looking new. i think it could be and should be done even if there is a fee involved.
