the experience was great with eric delgado. he was very knowledgeable and very courteous throughout the whole experience.

overall terrible. i was railroaded into changing finance companies with a blatant lie. i had my finance company secured. you lied. i have no idea if you get kickbacks from mechanic auto finance and i am sure you must have something you get because there were many complaints about the same thing.attorney told me it was fraud too. i am just not interested in pursuing at this time.

susan did a great job explaining my issue. the car was fixed in a timely manner. everything was great
