I had a routine maintenance service there. Sam, as my service advisor, is professional, friendly. He deserves a 5.However, I have to say that the whole experience, in general, was not perfect:1. I chose an early time slot but the waiting time still was much longer than what I expected and than what I experienced at other dealerships before.2. No inside clean/vacuum done. Actually, vacuum the floor and the mat on the driver's side would be adequate.
