great communication. great customer serviceservices were provided in the time frame predicted.the greeters were better at communicating this time as well. samuel wasn't avail at my scheduled appt, so a different service manager assisted me in stead of making me wait

i have a new car so this was my second visit. both times the staff have been very pleasant and timely in keeping you informed while going through waiting for the car. i also appreciate your shuttle service since i needed to leave my car over night.the ac had been an issue when i bought the car in md before returning to plano last june . thankfully it's working well right now. aside from getting my ac fixed, my carplay wasn't connecting to my phone. when i picked up the car, sam, was able to get that working for me. that was a big plus for me!thank you again, sam!!sincerely,linda koenig

i got an oil change and tires rotated. everything seemed fine then my "low tire pressure" came on. now i had to make an appointment to get that taken care of. it must be the sensors that must not of been reset. grrrrrr
