i've been waiting for a fix to my infotainment system for over 4 years. you finally installed the software fix this past week. i'll be taking a cross country trip soon and am looking forward to having no more lockout issues with the infotainment system.

dylan was great. my car was done around the time he said it would be done. i have been having an issue with my car since january that's been documented in the system twice already. i was informed that it's a known issue with honda's brakes. my car is brand new. it'll a be a year old next month. there should be no reason my car should be making any odd sounds. it has been looked at numerous of times and no one can resolve the issue. if the issue is the brakes, then let's address the brakes. they're not worn out, but they're making a weird sound while reversing which didn't start happening until a month after i got my tires rotated at rusty wallis.

zia zaid was extremely attentive and thorough on the sale of my pilot. he spent quite some time explaining all the bells and whistles of the car. repeatedly made sure i had no questions and told me to feel free to call him if i did. christine in finance was wonderful. she didn't get pushy at any point and was extremely efficient. overall, great experience. perhaps that's why this is our 4th car from mcdavid.

i had an air conditioner leak, got an oil change and inspection.
