despite not having an appointment, i was accommodated to have my vehicle repaired. the service rep who greeted me escalated my request to get an approval from manager and also provided me with a loaner as i did not have alternate arrangement. both were polite and kind.

Walked in with intention to by specific car unfortunately it was sold right before I arrived. Shaan worked with me to find one that was comparable and sold me on it. The financing agent was very thorough and had answers for all questions I had. For a large purchase as this the process was very smooth, I didn't feel pressured, staff was courteous and informative. I am very pleased with my purchase and will make this my first stop for future purchase.

my advisor this time was tony and he was great. the reason for the 4 is because after i left i had to go back because they didn't recalibrate my tire pressure. last time i went, oil leaked all over my garage because someone didn't do it right but the advisor mike never called me back for 3 days. by then i had to go have the oil change done over somewhere else. i was not impressed since i've bought 2 cars from them and all service work for 8 years.
