i arrived a little earlier than my a appt for a routine oil change. they took me right away. jay kept in constant contact with me, keeping me informed of progress. the facility as i waited was clean.

came in needing diagnostics on a scraping sound from passenger side. y'all quickly identified the problem parts that needed attention. my service advisor eric was very knowledgeable and helped me understand my options based on the parts that needed attention. overall very quick turnaround for someone who came in not knowing was was wrong to be able to get the problem diagnosed and fixed within a few hours on the weekend.
