Pretty smooth experience. I got a trade-in estimate on Clicklane, but when I showed up at the dealership, their trade-in offer wasn't anywhere close. WAY off, for no good reasons. I wound up selling the car privately within hours, for double what I was offered for trade-in. Paperwork was done quickly, but it would have been nice if the car could have been held for me for at least a few hrs - I had to rearrange my day and rush to the dealership.

i called to see if they could squeeze me in for a tire repair as i had gotten a flat. not only did they get me in fast, they finished in no time and replaced the battery in my key. always excellent service!

friday afternoon went david mcdavid honda for a battery startup issue....it was diagnosed and as not the battery....tech tested battery and found nothing wrong with it....all the personnel were amazing! i've been in the customer service industry for over 20 years.....i recognize good customer service instantly....young man by the name of darios took care of it... please please acknowledge him...he did a excellent job
