I want to highlight that Talal Dibbeh was our sales rep throughout the entire process from beginning to end. He was courteous and went to great lengths to ensure that our buying experience was both top-notch and unforgettable. He did such a great job laying down the groundwork that by the time we came in to sign the paperwork, he had streamlined the entire process so that we were in and out within less than an hour. That was with both of our toddlers with us. Even with some of the minor setbacks that were out of his and the dealership's control, he continued to be honest, straightforward, and managed our expectations with the utmost professionalism and manner. My wife especially cannot stop praising the level of initiative and care he provided.My family has bought 3 Honda's and 1 Acura since 2008. All from David McDavid.
