it was a busy saturday, eric and another of your associate i think her name was shelly were very courteous to help us out with both our cars. as we had 2 cars both of them walked us thru our issues and outstanding services. we ending up getting our transmission fluid changed.i think mcdavid has some good folks working on their team. a shout out to the technician who found the nail and fixed it in one of our cars...💯👏🏼

Service was estimated to take 2 hours and it took just that, no longer. Kelvin was very personable and he took the time to explain the services that were needed for my vehicle. The waiting area was clean and I was able to work on my laptop comfortably while I waited.

When I received copies of my sales forms, I didn't receive copies of my certified Honda warranties or my powertrain warranty. This is something I would really like to have, obviously anyone would want their proof of warranty. Answering the next question, I don't know anything about Clicklane, but I did buy it online. Aziz was great. He did deliver the car when I needed it to happen. Thanks
