i need to look at my paperwork to get the name of the young man who checked me out when i picked up the van. he was very helpful and even put the mirror back on for my daughter. it was just a pop-in-place thing but since i couldn't make it work, i'm very grateful that he took the time to do it. every single person that i met at the surface area was kind, courteous, and professional.

I had an issue with audio panel. Panel starts flickering randomly which is very annoying as it never stops even after multiple restarts. Then all of sudden it works fine. This issue was not fixed and was told it's an ongoing issue. I then spoke to Honda customer care and they are not aware of this ongoing issue with 2018 crv model. Disappointed.
